Awards - What is the Turn-Around time?
Most items we can have within a week. Specialty items such as the items in our corporate collection may take up to 2 weeks. If you need something in a rush, let us know and we will see what we can do. If it is possible, we will do anything to make it happen. Of course, shipping will have a factor in time. We offer UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air.
Awards - How do I let you know what information I want engraved?
E-mail your engraving for awards to elutz@awardsexpress.net and please reference your order number. Please specify if you would like a logo. We have plenty of stock logos and some corporate logos. If you have a corporate logo or custom logo we may need you to e-mail it to us. We will let you know once we receive your order.
Awards - Can I see a layout before you process my order?
We normally do not send layouts for items other than items in our corporate collection. For items in our corporate collection we will e-mail a layout to you if you so desire. If you have any revisions of that layout, we will make those revisions and e-mail you the revised layout at no charge. Charges will apply if you have more revisions and another layout is sent.
Awards - Engraving Information
Engraving Information - E-mail all engraving for awards to elutz@awardsexpress.net. Please specify if you would like a logo added (this applies to awards with a large area for engraving such as plaques, acrylics, glass, etc.). For corporate or custom logos, we may need you to e-mail us the logo, but we will let you know once we receive your order. Please be as clear as possible and make sure the spelling is correct. For our corporate collection of awards, we will e-mail you a layout if you so desire. If you make revisions to that layout, we will e-mail your revised layout to you at no charge. We will charge if more revisions are made and a layout is requested.
